Service Description

Healing sessions include Reiki Energy and Subtle Body Healing. A combination of deep presence and gentle touch, to give you an opportunity to come into deep rest and a state where healing is possible. You will be fully clothed, warm and deeply comfortable. Sessions are personalised for how you're on the day and anything you are working through at the time. Sessions can include gentle marma point massage, crystal bowls for chakra balancing and an oil blend to support the nervous system release stress and tension.
