Small Group Retreats - One or Two Days

Retreat experiences for small groups seeking a spiritual yoga and meditation retreat.

Two days of kundalini yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and mantras plus deep rest and energy healing. In this time you will rediscover who you are and create lasting bonds and memories with each other.

Yoga & Meditation Styles

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Known as The Royal Yoga  Kundalini Yoga and Meditation incorporates all of the facets of yoga into one class setting. You will experience chanting ancient mantras, pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras and bhandas (locks) to move energy, kriya yoga set (postures), savasana (deep rest) and meditation. You will feel completely rested and rejuvenated afterwards.

Hatha Yoga

The traditional yoga class incorporating asana (postures) to create strength and flexibility within the body. Learn how to incorporate your breath to your movement and deeply rest at the end of the class with a refreshing savasana.

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga postures are dynamic and move from one to another with little pause in between to create a flow state. Supports a body and mind to come out of stagnation and rigidity and rediscover your strength and mobility. You'll feel invigorated and exercised at the end of this class.

Yin Yoga

A deeply opening practice and time to drop into stillness. Single postures are held for 3 - 5 minutes each to encourage the body to release built up tension and emotional stress. You'll learn to harness the power of the breath to restore your body while the deep stretching brings back flexibility and space to your body and mind. Helps you to recover sensitivity and flexibility.

Restorative Deep Rest Yoga

A deeply nourishing and restful experience for anyone suffering burnout, stress related illness and over tiredness. Postures are performed with the support of bolsters and blankets and held for over 5 minutes to allow you the time to drop the stress and strain on your body and allow the nervous system time to repair. You'll have the opportunity to rest to the point of sleep and leave the session feeling restored.

Meditation

Drop into stillness and presence with gentle guided meditations or your choice of meditation with mantra. Harness the benefits of a single point of focus that comes from meditation on the mind. You'll have the opportunity to let go of the stress of the future or the past and recover your presence.

Pranayama (Breathwork)

Breath techniques and meditations that increase your vitality and life force and harness the power of the breath for stress release and to activate a powerful flow energy and a deep state of presence.
